Our client is looking for a Senior Associate Project Manager. You will be joining a well-established, busy and diverse team working on a wide range of projects across the local region as well as throughout New Zealand, Pacific and Australasia. In this role, you will take the lead in networking, business development and managing relationships with clients across the region. Every day will be different with new challenges but overall you can expect to:
- Convey complex technical information to key project stakeholders and the project team to delivery project objectives
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Take projects from concept through to practical completion
- Risk identification and management for all aspects for project delivery including financial, technical, design and construction
- Contract management including management of subcontractors
- Ability to lead and motivate delivery teams while working constructively with clients to deliver their outcomes.
The location of the role is in Wellington.
