Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst. This role would be ideally suited to someone in a first-line service desk role ready for that next step-up. You will need to be up for a fast paced inbound call centre environment where you’ll be troubleshooting with customers and obtaining accurate information whilst delivering expert customer service on every call. On top of your passion for putting the customer first, you will need to have:
- Customer service experience where you’ve loved handling the tough stuff
- Exceptional English communication skills over the telephone
- Proficient typing skills
- Experience with computers and technology comprehension
- Feel comfortable learning technical concepts and explaining to end users in basic terms
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, entry level to advanced
- A positive “can-do” attitude
- Great teamwork skills.
The location of the role is in Christchurch.
