Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. You will work in an agile, customer centric and collaborative team, working with a range of business and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes and value for our customers. You will apply the necessary business analysis skills, techniques and activities to understand, validate, synthesise, and articulate problems, opportunities, requirements, options and solutions. To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst and currently operating at Senior Business Analyst level
- Well-developed technology domain knowledge is required. Finance background preferred
- Able to work effectively at a technical level with the delivery team
- Analytical skills while being highly organised and adaptable
- Positive can do attitude and an excellent communicator both written, verbal and visual
- Problem solver, critical thinker, agile thinker with 1-2 years’ practical agile experience
- Experience in the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria and specification by example
- Natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders within the business and technology
- Understanding of basic UI design concepts will be advantageous
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
