Our client is looking for a Senior Agile Business Analyst. As Business Analyst, you will join our fast-growing and cross-functional R&D Division. This is an ideas-driven and hands on role, in which you will play a key role in driving technical excellence and efficiency within the team, pushing innovation and quality, and delivering detail and clarity in functional and technical documentation. • Write Epic descriptions and user stories including clear acceptance criteria
• Assist with Backlog Grooming. Contribute to story refining, splitting, merging and removal
• Facilitate estimation sessions with developers and QAs
• Utilisation of customer centric development approaches including qualitative and quantitative analysis to build context, refine requirements and measure product outcomes
• Identify/manage impediments, risks & issues. Take appropriate action to resolve or escalate. Perform defect triage and early diagnosis.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
