Our client is looking for an Analyst. The analyst will work with the Acquisition, Product and CBM mobile team to set proper reporting and provide visibility into our operations. The analyst will also work directly with the head of mobile to create some executive dashboard to be distributed throughout the leadership. This role requires some strong analytical skills, a good sense of organization and some judgement to adapt this role deliveries and align it overall witch the mobile business strategy. Responsibilities & duties:
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Use Cases, Report mockup, Test results
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. Assists business in determining reporting needs based on business requirements
- Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
- Proactively analyzes business data utilizing SQL, providing assessments of trends, identifying and explaining variances from goals
- Develop and execute project plans, in the process of coordinating project activities.
- Provide daily status of issues and test progress throughout the JIRA Log to KOMS Leads, BI leads & Project Manager.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
