Our client is looking for a Systems Specialist. Your key focus will be developing, provisioning, deploying and ensuring the availability of their telephony applications, evolving their client environments and will help out when their service desk has a challenge they need support solutioning. The role is also at the heart of driving innovation across technology, process, availability and incident management – so the sky’s the limit for recommending improvements with no idea too big or small.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Office 365 and Office collaboration products and services (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, etc.)
- Enterprise systems configuration and management skills, with proven cloud security experience
- Virtualisation technologies including but not limited to VMWare, Horizon, application packaging using SCCM & VMWare Apps tooling
- ITIL disciplines.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
