Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with the technical capability, drive, and natural curiosity to make a real impact working on a range of compliance related projects. You will:
- Be valued for your ability to consult with the business to elicit information, gaining an understanding of business requirements, and supporting the development and execution of strategic business priorities
- Map and analyse existing processes, identify potential gaps, and provide insights and continuous improvement opportunities, driving the delivery of good customer outcomes.
Skills and experience required:
- Key to your success will be your proven experience working through project life cycles, with practical experience in business analysis, and the ability to map business process and change
- Engagement of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and the ability to balance changing priorities are essential to the role. At this senior level, you will have a real depth of experience utilising project and change methodologies to achieve quality customer outcomes and provide digestible banking insights
- Experience with working on projects related to compliance or remediation would be highly advantageous.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
