Our client is looking for an IT Coordinator. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, the IT Coordinator is a stakeholder facing role that manages internal and external IT relationships and vendor partners to ensure consistent delivery of IT services. The successful applicant will possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment. As the organisation grows and IT operations influence continued growth, it is anticipated that this position will offer the opportunity for professional growth within the organisation. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a result driven self-starter to apply sound technical knowledge to a wide variety of areas and improve efficiencies across the business. Position requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of IT support to a multi-site organisation
- Excellent knowledge of systems, software, technologies, communications and suppliers to support business operations
- Demonstrated experience in networking as well as modern cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Office365 and Azure
- Demonstrated knowledge in databases (SQL) and CRM (Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Project Management fundamentals
- Strong communication skills and able to communicate effectively on technical and business issues both internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to deliver customer-oriented solutions
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability in establishing IT governance and risk frameworks to ensure integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated systems experience developing data and reporting functionality.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
