Our client is looking for a Property Business Analyst. You’ll be at the heart of their growth story as you advise where to open new stores and forecast the level of sales they could generate across all businesses. You’ll utilise your analytical skills and passion for storytelling to partner with a designated business unit, providing valuable and actionable insights that’ll make a real difference. Other ways you can make an impact include:

• assisting in the development and evolution of the property strategy
• identifying new markets to enter and how we can help improve our customer offer in existing stores
• owning a project area that provides actionable insights to our board which can lead to significant and positive change for the business
• contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team by identifying and implementing improved efficiencies and better ways of working
• traveling interstate to gain on the ground knowledge of a particular geographical area, allowing you to build effective relationships with customers.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
