Our client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst. The ideal Lead Business Analyst will demonstrate some or most of the below:

• Proven experience leading and directing the application of business analysis on complex programs of work
• Proven experience in the development of new strategic business capabilities and their associated business cases
• Proven experience in business analysis practices applied in both plan-driven and agile methods, including experience in guiding teams to select appropriate approaches
• Broad experience of project delivery governance and associated risk and control frameworks
• Superior stakeholder management skills, including the ability to consult to stakeholders with competing interests in a program or project, facilitate effective group dynamics and apply effective negotiation
• Strong analytical capability, including the ability to synthesize complex information in order to identify solution options and promote resolutions to problems
• Qualifications achieved in one or more change delivery frameworks including but not limited to in PMBoK, BABoK, Scrum, SAFe, Prince2, MSP, MoP
• Proven knowledge and understanding of the function of governance structures in a medium sized corporate environment.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
