Our client is looking for a Development Engineer. As a Development Engineer, you will apply your technical skills and experience to engineering aspects of all Building and Resource consents and asset approvals and see the developments through to construction and completion. You’ll be providing engineering advice on development, building consents, engineering approvals and infrastructure works. You will ensure the delivery of a customer focussed processing service for engineering assessments and related approvals, which are consistent with codes of practice, engineering and infrastructure design standards and other relevant frameworks. You’ll also be involved in the processing and issuing of engineering plan approvals, resource and building consents specialist input and vesting of infrastructure assets and specialist engineering support for regulatory compliance teams.

The location of the role is in Auckland.
