Our client is looking for an Agile Business Analyst. Reporting in to the Program Manager and working closely with the Scrum Master, you will facilitate clear and open communication between the product owner, developers, testers and business stakeholders with quality and concise documentation of epics, user stories and acceptance criteria resulting in the delivery of product features within scope and quality constraints. As the eCommerce Business Analyst you will:
- Apply Agile practices in rebuilding their eCommerce web solution
- Elicit, analyse, specify and validate the business needs of their stakeholders, customers and end users
- Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, user cases, scenarios, and other methods
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements, either verbally or through written documentation, to delivery teams, project managers and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
- Engage senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and vendors
- Lead discovery workshops to elicit business requirements and document in the form of user cases, user stories and functional specifications
- Present milestones and proof of concepts to senior stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance according to technical specifications
- Produce detailed documentation to facilitate transitional support and planning
- Anticipate, identify, and define a problems root cause to then develop practical and timely solutions.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
