Our client is looking for an Applications Engineer. As an Application Engineer, you will be working on debugging and solving in-depth problems related to implementation methodologies and flows. Expected to provide technical expertise in identifying the design and/or tool issues and provide appropriate solution for customer to move forward in reasonable time. Should effectively translate the findings into requirements to improve tool behavior through projects and enhancements as a long term solution. To be involved in rapid deployment of new technologies at an engineering level and to enable customers to migrate smoothly to new technologies with minimum loss in design quality. Should use strong technical background to shape the product by providing feedback regarding customer challenges and tool experiences. Occasional travel is required. Requirements:

• At-least 2 years of experience in Physical Implementation or MS
• Good knowledge of digital electronics concepts and familiarity with ASIC design flow, and/or VLSI design methodologies
• Must be conversant with UNIX
• Must be self-motivated and dedicated with strong debug skills
• Excellent communication skills including ability to interface with customers and business unit personnel are essential.

The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
