Our client is looking for an Associate Manager Marketing. Leads, motivates and provides direction for members of the Marketing team. Manages daily workflow of team and ensures on-time delivery of materials and programs. Creates, executes and delivers marketing plans and activities to support the growth and expansion of new and existing company products. Manages product-related communications to prospective and current customers, media and trade publications. Supports the Sales and Customer Success goals for the organization. Oversees content changes to company websites and landing pages. Job duties:
- Leads, motivates and provides direction for members of the Marketing Team which includes setting objectives and priorities, assisting team members in a consultative and educational approach to marketing plans and activities, and training and developing staff
- Supports Marketing Team members, driving departmental procedures and processes; motivates and coaches team to continual success; resolves high-level obstacles; provides informal feedback
- Helps develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for product and services programs and promotions
- Coordinates efforts cross-functionally with internal staff to better understand company and product marketing needs; prepares marketing plans to meet these needs
- Writes and updates product-related materials that inform/educate prospective and current customers; collateral includes but is not limited to customer sales sheets and presentations, newsletter articles, various electronic communications, web content and documents for regional meetings or trade shows
- Develops customer-oriented presentations, collateral materials and as-needed marketing support for the Product, Direct Sales and Customer Success and National Account teams upon request
- Manages projects through external agencies and resources as needed to accomplish desired results
- Manages updates/changes to company websites and landing pages.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
