Our client is looking for a Brand Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that the brand’s plans drive growth, deliver on our financial commitments, and just as importantly make everyday moments more extraordinary for our consumers. Specific responsibilities include developing brand go-to-market strategy, driving market share, and managing the P&L for the assigned brands/sub-brands. This individual will likely lead direct report(s) to execute plans and will also be responsible for their growth & development. Responsibilities:
- Creates annual marketing plans that drive top and bottom-line brand objectives
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborates with Global Marketing and cross-functional partners on new product development, packaging, advertising, media, and direct marketing / trade programs
- Creates the budget for the brand and determines how to spend the marketing dollars across various media alternatives
- Execute Brand Communication Vision across all touchpoints, including in – store communication, digital and social platforms, and all major media vehicles
- Works collaboratively with the Sales team to ensure sales strategies support established marketing plans and to execute the sales strategies with retailers
- Analyzes current strategy and makes adjustments, as needed, to meet annual goals.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
