Our client is looking for a Business Analyst. You will work closely with business units to identify process improvements through understanding and translating needs into actionable development plans. Through your close relationships you have developed with all levels of the business you will extract their news and ask the right questions and have the ability to understand what they say but also detect what they don’t say.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse processes, identify gaps and propose improvements
- Drive adoption and value through business partnerships
- Translate business opportunities into actionable insights
- Work with Program managers to implement business solutions.
About you:
- 1-2 years in an equivalent role
- Knowledge and understanding of IT systems
- Experience in operational business process improvement activities
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical, written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
