Our client is looking for a Business Process Analyst. As a Business Process Analyst, will be on point for analytics and leading issue resolution across the Services Operation, and working across other organizations. This will also include the role as ‘super user’ for critical business tools and applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of workflow throughout all departments within the business. The purpose of this position is to identify process improvement opportunities and lead projects that optimize daily activities and performance of the business across the board. Your responsibilities:
- Lead various projects to improve reporting of daily, weekly, monthly metrics and KPI’s
- Analyze various processes involving organizations outside of Services Operations, identify improvement areas, and lead projects to deliver performance improvement
- Issue weekly metrics to Services team
- Lead resolution of Field Services resource payroll issues and process improvements needed
- Lead internal/external audits of order processing and revenue recognition, including GRCM audit controls
- Lead transition from Thingworx tool to Field Service Lightning tool for time keeping of field resources
- Drive use of PowerDB tool to maximize use in Field Resources by utilizing metrics
- Master SAP Torque processes to become Subject Matter Expert to drive process improvements for daily usage in Services Operations and issue resolution
- Work with Call Center and Comm Ops to streamline Order Entry process and ensure processes being followed
- Lead special projects as needed.
- Support Operations Manager in special projects as needed.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
