Our client is looking for a Business Systems Product Lead. As the Business Systems Product Lead, you will support the delivery and management of a diverse portfolio of applications and technologies across a large customer group. You will work in close partnership with business customers to understand their problems, future direction and strategy in order to recommend appropriate solutions whilst managing senior business stakeholder expectations effectively.
Delivering effective end-to-end services including product design, development, implementation, and support will be a vital part in your role. It is essential that you have at least 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT, by which 7+ years of technical/functional experience in business applications and integration and 5+ years in leading a technical team on large scale projects.
To be considered for this role, you will have considerable knowledge and experience working with Contact Centre & Customer Services technology environments and have demonstrated leadership skills that can be applied in the Customer Services field.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
