Our client is looking for a Change Management Consultant. Creates opportunities for greater productivity and efficiency through the assessment, development, facilitation and execution of strategic organisational change and talent plans. Develops and builds client accounts, new and existing, by analysing current organisational problems and advising on solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and recommend strategic change plans aimed at achieving more efficient organisational structures and encourage growth
- Facilitate implementation of advised organisational development solutions
- Work in line with company policy and contribute to the development of improved strategies and processes.
Key accountabilities and tasks:
- Create and significantly contribute to change enablement strategies and plans, including facilitation and delivery of recommendations
- Conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis
- Define, plan, and execute change management plans to support communication, leadership, team, and transition activities
- Consult with stakeholders to understand, discuss, and review current systems, workflows, procedures, and functions
- Develop, deliver, and manage client and stakeholder engagement, culture, leadership, and organisational excellence initiatives in line with objectives to resolve organisational problems
- Integrate change management activities into project plans, recommendations, and other relevant documentation
- Ensure that information is communicated to impacted stakeholders throughout the duration of engagement
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end organisational and people development solutions
- Work within operational budgets
- Review and meet OKRs as directed and agreed upon by management.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
