Our client is looking for a Change Manager. You will ensure initiatives are defined, designed, planned, resourced and implemented successfully from a change perspective and timely and actionable change risk and readiness data and change advice is available for the Enterprise Change lead, Strategy and Planning team, ELT and ELG sponsors, project teams and impacted departments. You will lead opportunities to ensure change is delivered more effectively are developed and highlighted to business owners, including a better employee experience of change, enhanced customer outcomes and assured benefit delivery.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
