Our client is looking for a Change Specialist to be responsible for coordinating the change requests for both internal and external teams. The main point of contact for Change communication is ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the high level specific planning, scheduling coordination and communication of Changes. This position ensures the management of key stakeholders expectations and information requirements throughout the Change Management lifecycle. You will have the ability to work on complex environments while keeping track of specific client requirements. You will be able to effectively translate requested information into corresponding change requests and accurately assess requirements and potential impact on the environment and client base. Key skills:
- Proven experience of working for a Service Provider and or an enterprise environment dealing directly with the Change practices and change enablement for clients
- Well-developed ICT skills to be able to understand the technical aspects of Change Management
- Experience and/ or knowledge of implementing Service Management and Aggregation frameworks such as ITIL v3.0 and v4.0, Agile, DevOps, and SIAM
- Very good understanding and awareness of the standard ITIL Change management processes and procedures
- Experience in the use of a range of service management tools e.g. ServiceNow, Cherwell, Autotask, or Remedy
- Have a medium technical understanding of Private, Public, Multi and Hybrid Cloud
- Ability and commitment to acquire appropriate new technical skills / knowledge and experience across all services.
The location of the role is in Auckland or Christchurch.
