Our client is looking for a Cyber and Technology Risk Manager. Sitting within the Risk Management team, this role supports the Business to make fast, strategic, and risk-based decisions. Supporting the Senior Risk Partner of Cyber, Data, and Technology Risk to provide analysis, insight, and oversight on the Business’ delivery of relevant risk management frameworks. The role blends a mixture of advice, challenge, and execution across the business, where you will be responsible for providing risk insights and oversight of technology and operational resiliency and implementation of effective cyber and technology risk practices. This will be done through:
- Providing specialist, pragmatic, outcome-focussed risk advice and data-driven insights that supports decisions, optimise risk reward balance, and assist Technology and Business units to achieve their objectives, within risk appetite
- Developing a key expertise in all internal policies, frameworks, standards, and guidance impacting cyber and technology, in particular the adoption and maintenance of localised versions
- Building strong relationships across Risk, the 3LoD and its business partners to focus on forward thinking advice and ensuring strong management of agreed outcomes.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
