Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Lead. This is a leadership opportunity in the ICT team for a customer focused and professional individual who has the experience and knowledge to manage and lead the Desktop Support team whilst also being involved in a range of enterprise-wide ICT projects. You will be responsible for leading a geographically dispersed Desktop Support team, supporting them in delivering high quality customer service ICT support to the business. This is an excellent opportunity to lead an agile and solutions-focussed team that puts the customer at the heart of the issue. In this role you will:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Desktop Support function
- Proactively build relationships with key stakeholder groups across the business and develop the Desktop Support function to be best in class
- Become involved in various challenging deployment projects.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
