Our client is looking for a Digital Experience Engineer. This role is a key part in the day to day running of their employees digital experience. You will have the opportunity to:
- Get involved in what matters to them and their employees to enable them to get after what ultimately matters to their customers
- Play a critical part in keeping their employees running, helping them get the tools they need on time, every time
- Make a real impact by providing a first-class onboarding and support experience.
- Be their subject matter expert at all things Microsoft 365.
What you’ll bring:
- Extraordinary customer service – face to face, or via technology
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage excellent customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills, should be able to communicate difficult technical concepts to a wide audience
- Trouble shooting and problem-solving prowess
- Microsoft certifications:
* Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
* Managing Windows 10 (MD-100)
* Modern Desktop (MD-101)
* Microsoft 365 identity and services (MS-100)
* Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (AZ-900) - Office 365 specialist with expertise in all Microsoft products
- Azure AD and SCCM skills
- Proven experience working with support partners
- The ability to support multiple technologies such as Android, iOS and MacOS
- A passion for all things technology.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
