Our client is looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects serving the organization’s Digital direct-to-consumer business, including U.S. e-commerce, international e-commerce, loyalty and mobile. The successful candidate will work to establish processes consistent with digital best practices and Agile development, create and track project plans, manage team tasks, communicate plans and status to team members and stakeholders, handle incoming requests, issues, and other day-to-day interactions as needed to keep projects moving.
This role will report to the Director of Digital Program Management and become part of a core Digital program team managing and delivering projects to accelerate business growth. Essential job results:
- Manages projects via effective prioritization, resource allocation, and cross functional collaboration
- Manages daily requests and issues via Jira and Confluence project spaces
- Handles incoming requests/issues/questions and then route appropriately to the correct people or address yourself if applicable
- Coordinate, schedule and lead project meetings with clear agendas and written action items in recap
- Facilitate information flow between teams, creating and delivering written status updates and/or presentations to explain accomplishments, goals, milestones, risks and issues
- Partner with production support to ensure issue timely issue resolution
- Serve as technical point of contact for 3rd party vendors handling search, content, payments, catalog, email, and loyalty integrations
- Assist digital product teams in clarifying and prioritizing feature requests, development, and deployment.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
