Our client is looking for an Estate Project Manager. The right candidate will have experience in the setting up large, fine homes and possess a broad knowledge of hospitality, systems, property/project management, ensure that the residence, its contents, and systems are properly managed and maintained while providing outstanding personal service to the family. Responsibilities:
- Contact, screen, propose and oversee vendors. Compare multiple bids, track budget
- Negotiate and manage contracts, supervise work and review invoices
- Manage all aspects of the reconstruction of homes from design to coordination of schedules, inspections during various construction phases, monitoring permits, and daily oversight of subcontractors. Ensure that the project is executed in accordance with designs, budgets, and schedules; take appropriate action to minimize the impact of deviations
- Verify estimates based on a detailed review of proposal specifications
- Prepare project budget, maintains cost control information, identifies cost impacts and provides recommendations for cost control
- Assist principals in the procurement of design consultant services and administration of design contracts
- Supervise and coordinate onsite activities and provides day-to-day direction of onsite staff
- Prepare realistic plans to address needs and conduct regular walkthroughs and daily checklist
- Able to identify exterior and/or interior issues
- System and procedure protocol development
- Highly hands on. Perform ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks systematically
- Implement schedules for all maintenance and services
- Research and advise the principals on all matters relating to property maintenance
- Ensure a safe working environment.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
