Our client is looking for an ICT Business Analyst. Reporting directly to the CEO, this new Production Manager’s role is responsible for day-to-day operation of the facility, including:
- Carry out analysis to define configuration specifications and business technological requirements
- Analyse and evaluate the functions of the system and its software based on the actual use of departments to provides IT/IS Business Alignment to fulfil the company’s strategy
- Identify, investigate and analyse business processes and work practices for automation of major project
- Identifying and evaluating system inefficiencies and recommending solutions based on industry best-practice
- Monitor the performance of business systems to ensure continuity of operation
- Liaise with customers to determine their technical requirements
- Prepare training documentation for users as well as organise in-house training sessions
- Use process and data modelling techniques to develop and manage system software
- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of every systems
- Develop test plans and system integration tests to ensure that systems operate as expected.
- Using project management methodologies to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
- Offer recommendations to upper management on ways to maximise profit margins by improving system processes and performance
- Maintain accurate records of relevant technical and business information
- Communicate with users to obtain feedback and assist in resolving issues
- Oversee the budget preparation and planning of resources for a project.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
