Our client is looking for an ICT Manager. Reporting to the General Manager Infrastructure and Planning, the ICT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, development and maintenance of the Organisation’s ICT systems and services that will assist in ensuring a high level of service delivery. You will be part of a high performing, collaborative team and more specifically, your role will include:
- Developing ICT strategies, tactical plans and business cases in order to deliver effective ICT services and solutions to the organization as a whole
- Lead ICT risk management activities, including working with Executive and Managers to develop, implement and test the Organisation’s Emergency Management Plan, which includes ICT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Monitor, analyse, and review data collected to ensure a continuous high standard of service delivery
- Support the development and manage the ICT project/implementation within partnership amalgamations and mergers
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements of key contracts to ensure that ITC services are efficient, reliable, and available.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
