Our client is looking for an ICT Manager. As the ICT Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s information technology operations and processes to ensure business objectives are met and the highest level of service is achieved and maintained with all internal and external stakeholders.
Whilst initially a hands-on operational role providing IT support across the business including being the first point of contact for all IT related queries, you will ultimately be responsible for building your own team to enable you to focus on more strategic matters and end to end management of all software roll outs and updates. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintaining all local infrastructure including telephones for 70+ people
- Hardware procurement and commissioning including creating and deploying new user accounts in a desktop/laptop environment
- Management/updating of all line of business applications
- Develop and implement IT policies and standard operation procedures for the ICT team
- Managing monthly supplier costs for the IT department and involvement in budget setting
- Operating backup systems, disaster recovery system testing and management/monitoring of network security.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
