Our client is looking for an ICT Manager. An exciting opportunity has been made available for a highly skilled ICT Manager to join their team. Each day will be distinct however your key areas of responsibility will be:
- Developing a plan for ICT to support and implement the ICT requirements to meet risk, growth, and opportunities
- Managing IT resiliency and risk, and develop and implement Disaster Recovery Plan
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Managing the Software Licensing and maintenance agreements for all IT systems and hardware
- Managing the formal procurement of all hardware, software and satellite needs in consultation with the Executive team
- Contributing to continuous improvement in Business processes though effective ICT systems and development of process/user documentation
- Identifying, developing, and managing 3rd party service providers & vendors in the resolution of service faults/issues and the improvement of services.
- Implementing appropriate asset management procedures for the company’s ICT assets, including all mobile devices.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
