Our client is looking for an Information Technology EDI Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operational responsibilities
- Manage and support all Electronic Data Interchange transactions with both customers and vendors
- Design, setup and organize all partner EDI connections
- Support business operations by managing setup and operation of EDI transactions and partners
- Communicate status, issues and resolutions with internal stakeholders and external customer/vendors.
Expert knowledge of EDI transaction types, both translation and transport layer:
- Experience developing maps and trading partner setups
- Proficiency with communication protocols including FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP, HTTP/S, AS2, VAN
- Strong familiarity with the following EDI Documents: 850(Purchase Order), 875(Grocery Purchase Order), 880(Grocery Invoice), 810(Invoice), 856(Advance Ship Notice), 816(Organizational Relationship), 864(Text Message), 210(Freight Invoice), 997(Functional Acknowledgement), 860(Purchase Order Change), 220(Remittance Advice)
- Comfort working with SPS Commerce portals and VAN services
- Ability to integrate EDI and ERP systems
- Effectively communicate issues and resolutions with internal end users and external Customer/Vendors of varying technical abilities
- Understanding of best practice Information security in relation to EDI.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
