Our client is looking for an Information Technology Project Manager who will oversee and lead Information Technology projects and daily operation of computing environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent and efficient execution of IT initiatives that are critical to the delivery of IT and their strategic projects and its Customer Care Call Center. The selected candidate will help coordinate support activities, ensure the use of existing IT technology that meets current security requirements, will monitor support vendors to make sure SLAs are met. Job responsibilities include:
- Serve as the point of contact for all IT activities:
- Infrastructure
- Servers
- Network
- Security
- Upgrades
- Planned outages
- Communications media
- Conference room displays
- Conference room audio
- Hallway and shop floor displays
- Infrastructure
- Main contact for all call center IT issues/requirements
- Business analysis and requirements gathering
- Application / network design
- Resource planning and acquisition.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
