Our client is looking for an IT Analyst Programmer. Reporting to the Business Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our critical business systems and applications to support the effective operation of a highly autonomous plant in a 24/7 operational environment. You will ensure support and development of robust operational systems and contribute to our long-term IT application strategies. You will also work with internal customers to identify improvement opportunities and effective system solutions to meet business needs.
  
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication, programming and problem-solving skills along with strong experience in data interfaces, Oracle and SQL Servers, web development and Microsoft application development technologies. A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline is also required. A job share arrangement may be considered for the right candidates.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
