Our client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their growing team. This role is responsible for reviewing, analysing and evaluating business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope, objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. • Will be able to determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
• Suggest changes/enhancements to Senior Management using analytics to support your recommendations and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
• Work with various business units to support and maintain new and existing customer data and system integrations.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
