Our client is looking for an IT Business Support. As part of the ITS End User Computing team, you are responsible for managing complex incidents and requests across the business Australia wide. As 2nd level support, your role requires you to use your problem-solving abilities to be able to quickly identify issues as well as provide solutions in a quick and proactive manner.
You will work with a national team supporting all their businesses and provide solutions to issues regarding general purpose PCs, tablets, smartphones, printing, warehouse mobile devices and related site-based equipment.
- You will have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in 2nd level Desktop or End User Computing support and are able to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience supporting Poly conferencing systems and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager is desirable while a tertiary qualification in IT (Diploma or similar) and an ITIL Foundation Certificate would be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be supporting colleagues across head office as well as operational sites.
- Proven trouble shooting skills and the ability to investigate issues until their resolution are essential.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
