Our client is looking for an IT Engineer. This is a crucial client-facing role with responsibility for resolving a wide range of IT issues. As a part of a larger and expanding Engineering team, you will work closely with many different clients of varying sizes with varying technological requirements.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, agile, possess time management skills and have exceptional communication skills, interacting extensively with our clients and management team and be able to work across our Service Desk, Onsite and, Project Teams. Required Skills & Experience: You should have recent experience in many of the following technologies:

• Excellent communications and documentation Skills
•  5+ years Windows Server Experience (MCSA an advantage)
•  2+ years Firewalls and Security Technologies
• Cloud Solutions (Microsoft 365 including SharePoint Online, Azure, Power Automate, Power BI, GSuite and AWS)
• Tier 1 Hardware – HP, Dell, Lenovo.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
