Our client is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Support. The main purpose of this role is to analyse how well their systems fit the business needs. The assigned person will ensure they are using computer technology effectively and efficiently. Problem solving is a major component of this role – ensuring that all the components of our system work together to accomplish their purpose. Key responsibilities:
- Providing technical support across the business, through effective help desk ticketing system and ensuring tickets are responded to timely
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Diagnosing and repairing faults
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Creating user accounts and performing access control
- Password resets
- Implementing security protocols to prevent potential threats
- Complete system installs and upgrades
- Managing product data workflow in Shopify, Salesforce and our website and ensure it talks to our inventory system
- Assisting with test cycles
- Data migration projects.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
