Our client is looking for an IT Leader. The IT Leader will support and maintain all hardware, software and applications necessary to run the operations and back office functions, including servers, network, desktop, printers, handheld devices, cell phones, scanners, and GPS units including, but not limited to the following responsibilities.
- Implement and/or oversee implementation of the most efficient solutions for the operation and staff functions, ensuring consistency with overall IT strategy and operational requirements of the company
- Supervise and assign of responsibilities to a small staff and/or vendors. This includes daily work assignments and the ability to follow-up and maintain performance of those individuals or vendors
- Working knowledge of major systems as follows: Point of Sale, All MS systems, Outlook, networking infrastructure, SQL, Windows, and PC Maintenance
- Manage an annual budget
- Recommend, and implement changes to existing systems to insure continual improvement in the areas of cost, speed, service, and quality
- Communicate new processes and procedures to employees and contractors; provide /facilitate field training and support as needed
- Oversee the IT implementation for new location openings and shutdowns
- Responsible for the back-up of data and the safeguard all IT related systems and equipment
- Drive continual improvement initiatives through thorough root-cause analysis, identification of valid corrective-actions to prevent future failures, and ensure any changes are implemented accordingly
- Address and resolve escalated customer service issues in a timely and thorough manner; provide sufficient resolution such that issues are addressed without the need for further escalation within the organization
- Assist in the research, recommendation, and selection of providers that support the company’s mission of delivering 1st class service to our customers
- Develop intranet for organization
- All other duties as assigned.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
