Our client is looking for an IT Manager. You will be responsible for multiple areas and be the face of the IT team. You will manage a small support team and be expected to get involved with overlay support issues. Key responsibilities will be in managing vendor relationships and have commercial acumen. You will also be involved with specific IT projects and be able to train and coach staff on new initiatives around digitalisation of IT assets. Requirements:

·       General infrastructure technology skills, O365, WAN, LAN, Active Directory, Microsoft technologies

·       Ability to manage and support a small team

·       Vendor management skills, negotiation and commercial contract experience

·       ITIL exposure

·       Thin client experience.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
