Our client is looking for an IT Manager. This role will see you working closely with all global regions to develop and implement IT strategies and provide IT support to meet immediate and long-term business objectives.
Principal accountabilities:
- Plan and execute the IT direction of the business
- Lead, motivate, mentor and develop the IT team instilling a high performance culture
- Exceptional hands-on experience working alongside fellow team members with integrity, honesty and reliability
- To be able to build and support a strong, respectful, supportive team so as to achieve department and business set KPI’s
- Proven ability to develop, drive and implement a successful IT strategy while supporting cost-benefit analysis.
- Maintain regular housekeeping procedures, including data backup, disaster recovery planning and execution ensuring the integrity of the records management systems
- Maintain the overall availability, integrity and stability and security of systems
- Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure business continuity and highest possible level of system uptime
- Analysis, evaluation and implementation of IT systems enabling the delivery of improved business outcomes.
- Abide by all occupational health and safety requirements of the organisation ensuring all systems and procedures relating to safety are adhered to.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
