- Ensure availability of necessary application systems to support business and operation need
- Establish and measure IT performance relative to cost, value creation and customer satisfaction in the key areas of operating systems, telecommunications, network management, and desktop support
- Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Work with the partners to ensure the quality of service meets agreed upon service levels. Develops plans to address potential performance gaps and drives the execution of the plan with the respective partners
- Manage the ongoing relationships with all service providers. Acts as an integrator and facilitator in the relationships between the service providers
- Ensure partners adhere to operational policies procedures and compliance guidelines
- Drive third-party service delivery meetings to periodically review vendor and outsourced service performance
- Provide weekly and monthly accurate management reporting on IT Service performance
- Maintain high performing service support functions including the IT Service Desk
- Owner of the Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities
- Take and/or assign ownership of major incidents to ensure participation of resources from impacted areas, effective communication to leadership, and root cause analysis
- Champion Service Delivery in projects to effectively manage the transition to operations
- Promote the consistent use of standards and methodologies. Enforces ITIL standards in the managed services delivered by outsourcing partners
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical resources, effectively bridging technical and business languages, viewpoints, and capabilities to create a clear, shared understanding of issues and requirements.
- Foster and build productive relationships with partner organizations and global IT groups to facilitate bidirectional communication and drive improved collaboration
- Responsible for local Infrastructure.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
