Our client is looking for an IT Program Manager. You’ll be a senior leader responsible for developing and delivering IT programs and projects in a complex environment. Current projects include Digital Identity, Single Touch Payroll, Super Reform, Modernising Business Registers, Income Tax and Data Centre Migration.

Your duties:
• Develop and deliver IT programs and projects
• Drive continuous improvement and promote an agenda of innovation
• Lead and champion a coaching culture
• Deliver expert technical advice to a range of audiences.
 
Skills and experience:
• Experience leading complex IT program delivery
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills
• History of achieving outcomes through effective collaboration
• Highly developed leadership skills and experience in managing staff within a team environment.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
