Our client is looking for an IT Programmer / Consultant. Supported by other IT specialists, you will be the main IT Account Manager and Support Specialist, ensuring all clients’ IT needs are met and exceeded. Regular activities and responsibilities:
- Analysing client needs, producing requirements documentation and plans to meet IT needs
- Manage projects, including planning and execution of technology rollouts, migrations, etc.
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- Office 2016/2019 installation and management
- Windows Server management and maintenance
- Windows 10 deployment and support
- Ensure a high level of IT Security and Data Protection
- Manage backup and restoration procedures across all applications/appliances, including formal records of DR testing
- Be accountable for the IT Support of clients, providing support using in-person, phone, remote and other mediums
- Manage and Monitor clients’ hardware and infrastructure (e.g. routers, switches, phones, firewalls, cloud components, workstations, laptops etc.) if necessary.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
