Our client is looking for an IT Support Analyst. This role is responsible primarily to provide front line IT support to staff. This includes managing and administering a wide variety of in-house business applications as well as desktop support for Windows, MS Office and Citrix. This role focuses on high quality of service with rapid response and resolution with the ability to deal with all levels of end user including senior management. About you:
- 3+ years’ experience in an IT support role
- IT Help desk or service desk experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a range of internal stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience providing a high level of IT support to end users
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
