Our client is looking for an IT Support & Engineer. In this position you’ll be responsible for supporting their business systems and ongoing initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will plan and implement new systems and improvements to their automations, integrations, and technology stack.
Your key roles will be:
- Internal IT support and provisioning
- Managing and administering systems
- Implementing tech projects and improvements.
As their internal tech support, you will be:
- Setting up new staff with appropriate accounts, laptops and peripherals
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal technical issues
- Responsible for maintenance and administration of IT and business systems
- Building internal knowledgebase and technical documentation
- Contributing to refining the environment through innovation, process improvement, workflow automation, and documentation
- Liaising with external vendor support as needed.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
