Our client is looking for an IT Support Manager. You will be predominantly responsible for all IT related matters for Australia and New Zealand. One of your critical tasks is to build a strong stakeholder relationship and acting as the liaison between the IT solutions and business processes. You will be expected to provide inputs and recommendation for future advancement or features that will add more values for current business success and customer satisfaction. You are required to take charge of new requirement, new solutions and change management regarding the current and new IT solutions deploy. You will act as the main contributor of upcoming IT projects either locally or region initiative.
Your Tasks
- Understand our current IT tools and application used by the customer for the business.
- Know the form of integration for each IT tools we offered and technology capabilities within the application, API/EDI readiness
- Initial point of contact for new/existing customer and new/existing carrier on IT related matters
- Work closely with the Business Development & Sales Team to know more about customer profiles, their demand in terms of IT tools and integration
- Be the main point of contact for customer onboarding and integration matter
- Outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for our business (current and future)
- Aware about the trends and behaviors of customer technology requirement
- Attending meetings and calls after-hours with head office IT due to differential time zone in Europe
- Most of the customer are in the Ecommerce industry, you are to keep yourselves updated with the current and future Ecommerce evolution especially in the Oceania region.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
