Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The successful candidate will join a small IT support team, managing a sophisticated IT system on various platforms, focusing on internal stakeholder support throughout their employment life cycle. Duties:
- First point of contact for all IT Support requests
- Provide L1 and L2 support on infrastructure services including Desktops, Laptops, Printer, AV, Server and Networking equipment
- Provide technical support on business applications & processes
- Undertake the day-to-day support of the corporate Standard Operating Environments and network peripherals including user access administration and other general IT activities
- Prepare and maintain system documentation and update the Wiki knowledge base on break fix and setup procedures
- Deliver end to end IT projects (new site setups, migrations and upgrades)
- Working with minimal supervision both independently and within a team
- Multitasking between inbound calls and queue management within the ticketing system to ensure services are delivered within expected time frames
- Support users remotely to all regions around Australia
- Provide back up support to the team.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
