Our client is looking for an IT Support. A growing Managed Services provider working across a wide range of business across industry groups is looking for an experienced IT Support Level 2 candidate. Key responsibilities:
- Actively managing & providing a single point of contact for 2nd level escalations and end-users to receive support & maintenance within the client’s desktop & related hardware/software environments
- Troubleshooting, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, & upgrading all hardware/software & equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers, & telephony) to ensure optimal workstation performance.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
