Our client is looking for an IT Support Technician.You will be customer facing and solutions focussed in supporting users across different sites and locations. You will be curious, energetic, and diligent, and motivated by resolving issues through engaging with users, understanding their needs, and applying break fixes. You will be responsible for supporting our technical infrastructure, daily end user support and maintenance and administration of IT Systems in a diligent and responsive manner to ensure a high level of service to the business. Responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting all systems, applications and infrastructure under out IT Service Delivery Model
- Working to resolve Level 2 support requests, phone calls and walk-up requests
- Providing support to the wider IT Team to manage, install, test and troubleshoot new technology and systems
- Assisting in reviewing technologies to determine suitability for our business
- Supporting SME’s in the implementation of supported applications & systems
- Maintaining, assigning and reassigning IT devices and assets
- Assisting in mobilisation and demobilisation of project offices.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
