Our client is looking for an IT Support Technician. An opportunity currently exists for an IT Support Technician to join their Head Office. The successful candidate will be required to liaise with their staff across multiple sites and oversee their network and server infrastructure. It’s important that you can demonstrate:
- 5 + years’ experience providing IT support in a motor dealership environment
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High standards of professionalism.
You will need to have knowledge and experience with:
- Pentana Dealer Management System experience essential
- Google Workspace
- Desktop support experience (server, network, hardware)
- Microsoft support experience: AD, windows server
- VMware (Desirable)
- Linux
- Asterisk Free PBX.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
